On May 24th, we celebrated the announcement of Monogram’s new Executive Chef, Romain Avril (Lavelle), in an evening inspired by the French region of Provence.
The event kicked off with a champagne toast and featured dishes cooked with only the finest tools and appliances provided by Monogram.
The impressive menu was developed especially for the occasion, including a French onion quiche and deliciously marinated lamb chops. Guests took on the role of sous-chef as they worked alongside Avril, learning how to make their very own matcha crêpes!
We think it’s safe to say our guests didn’t go home hungry!
