F20: Part Two, Future Leader

As you may know, this year marks the 20th anniversary of FAULHABER, a milestone that I am incredibly honoured to mention. We’re so proud of our F20 programming that focuses on giving back, celebrating our team, building on our longstanding commitment to mentorship and helping businesses grow.

It isn’t easy to start a business in your 20s and sustain it for two decades. I know I could not have done it without the support of so many people and team members throughout the years. Today, I have an extra special reason to be emotional. I am thrilled to share the news that today, Lexi Pathak becomes President & Partner.

This isn’t the sort of decision that comes overnight. As Vice President & Partner since 2017, Lexi has been a steady rock. She has played an integral role in the agency’s growth over the last 11 years, joining us in 2010 and graduating through the management ranks to a leadership position as VP and also business partner in 2017. She has championed new business development, driven the agency into new industry sectors, supercharged her digital skills and led countless award-winning campaigns.  She’s had 100+ hours of leadership training and has been a successful people mentor to many.  Lexi is a true futurist, a strategic thinker, an inspiring and empathetic leader, and a wonderful partner. Her ideas light up the team; her passion for our client work is effusive, and her unbelievable tenacity is truly inspiring. Lexi is supported by an amazing team of Directors, and impassioned specialists, and I am very proud of all that they accomplish each day.

As many of you know, I tend to noodle things for a while to get them just right.  Often accused of being too picky, overbearing, or bold, I can’t help it. That is what got us here. But as Marshall Goodall preaches – “What got you here, won’t get you there.”  Lexi is a leader that will take FAULHABER into the next 20 years and I couldn’t be more excited.

As a women-owned independent agency owner, I have had so many unexpected mentors and wonderful supporters and I am committed to passing that onwards. In my new role as Founder & CEO, I will continue to champion the FAULHABER brand, make meaningful connections, work on high level strategy and ideation, and act as team and external mentor to entrepreneurs and upcoming young professionals. I’ll be working on our FCONSULTS and FMENTORS programs and as always, I’ll be available with big ideas.

As a strengths based org, FAULHABER loves to focus on what works. In her case, if you’ve been in a room with Lexi, you’ll have heard her epic ideas and felt her unrivalled empathy. I feel so excited and humbled to make this announcement. Finding a unicorn team player like Lexi is rare and I am thankful every day that she loves this work as much as I do. I encourage you to reach out to Lexi if you aren’t already in her speed dial or DM her weekly.

There is nothing more that Lexi likes than popcorning ideas and I know she’d be delighted to chat. @lexipatha / lp@faulhabercommunications.com

Earlier this month, Lexi championed a diverse team of talented creatives (Michael Stuckless, Jasmine Merinsky, Alicia Chan, Amber Watson, Public Office, Fitzroy Rentals, Impossible Studios and their respective teams), to update our brand look and feel.
