What You’ll Do: As our SR Manager, Digital & Social Media, you’ll be the mastermind behind killer digital and social media strategies. You’ll create click-worthy content, manage social channels, and run out-of-the-box digital campaigns. Collaboration is key, so get ready to work with amazing clients, our incredible team, and smart external partners to make magic happen! Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are a must. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates with agency experience. Applicants must live in Toronto or Montreal.
Your Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute jaw-dropping paid and earned digital and social media strategies that’ll make heads turn.
- Whip up epic content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Build a massive online following through influencer collabs, partnerships, and clever community management.
- Keep tabs on all the juicy stats and metrics, delivering reports and insights that’ll make clients say, “Whoa!”.
- Team up with our creative geniuses to produce buzz-worthy visual and written content for our campaigns.
- Stay on top of the latest trends, tech, and digital marketing wizardry.
- Inspire and guide our digital and social media specialists like a true leader.
- Become besties with our clients, being their go-to person for all things digital.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience slaying the digital marketing or social media game.
- You’ve got the receipts! Show us your track record of crushing it with digital and social media strategies.
- You’re a social media ninja, and platforms, tools, and analytics are your secret weapons.
- You’re a CMS and scheduling tool whiz—tech doesn’t scare you!
- You’ve got top skills in written and verbal communication, and details never slip past your radar.
- Your creative juices are always flowing, and you’re not afraid to ride the wave of changing trends.
- You juggle like a pro, meeting deadlines and multitasking like it’s a walk in the park.
- Leading a team? No sweat! You’ve got leadership experience and love watching your teammates grow.
- Bonus points if you know your way around the lifestyle industry and have worked in an agency setting.

Salary Band: $65,000 – $80,000 + part of all agency bonus
