Are you equal parts social strategist, content creator and community manager? We are hiring a Social Media Manager to build engaged and passionate communities for our client by developing best-in-class social media activity. Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial-spirit, be creative storytellers and know how to start conversations online.  We are looking for a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. 

The ideal candidate will have experience planning, executing, and reporting on digital and social media marketing campaigns, as well as have previous client management experience. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are a must.

  • Analytical minded – you understand how to leverage data to optimize campaigns

  • A grammar perfectionist and copy writing mastermind 
  • Polished and able to manage a variety of stakeholders from internal team to clients, to external agencies 
  • Collaborative and supportive – you understand the power in a team that works well together

 

Key Role Outcomes: 

  • Deliver outstanding digital and social media campaigns that deliver on client KPIs 
  • Client satisfaction and retention 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience managing social media and digital marketing, content deliverables, and paid digital marketing initiatives in an agency or in-house role 
  • Experience managing social media content calendar creation and community management across a variety of social platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Youtube 
  • Able to to monitor, analyze and translate data into content strategy and direction 
  • Proven ability to manage and grow online communities 
  • Proficient in marketing research and analysis, and experienced with a variety of design platforms and reporting tools 
  • Expert grammar and copywriting skills
  • Client management experience  

 

Responsibilities: 

Client Management 

  • Manage client social media and digital marketing campaigns  
  • Plan and implement annual social media strategies for agency’s clients  
  • Ideate, create and manage engaging social media content (visual assets and copy) for a variety of social media platforms and digital  
  • Manage and improve social media audiences by leveraging data to make informed strategic pivots including creative recommendations, copy and posting cadence 
  • Oversee/execute paid social campaigns  
  • Create and monitor social media dashboards across a variety of monitoring and posting tools 
  • Build and maintain client agency relationship across assigned accounts 
  • Ensure best social and brand standards are executed at all times, across all social channels 
  • Leverage paid and organic tactics to drive an engaged and committed audience
     

Agency Support 

  • Support new business development 
  • Identify and develop digital additional sales and marketing tools/materials as required 
  • Produce social media and digital audits so help engage new business 
  • Support agency digital marketing through a variety of tactics including organic and paid
     

Salary Band: $55,000 – $70,000 + part of all agency bonus
