Position (Full Time): Account Manager / Senior Account Executive
Annual Salary: $50,000 – $70,000
We are hiring a smart polished account manager / senior account executive to join our Toronto team. Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial-spirit, have a passion for lifestyle clients, and proven success leading a team to deliver outstanding client work. A minimum of 4 years of agency experience is a must-have. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates and those with extensive digital experience.

The Account Manager / Senior Account Executive flawlessly runs client accounts and manages account teams to produce results-oriented integrated campaigns leveraging both traditional PR/marketing tactics and digital thinking. In this role the candidate ensures that the agency provides:
- Outstanding work that drives client KPIs, success and retention
- Relationships that deliver results
- Proper and innovative execution of work and deliverables in a timely fashion
- Mentorship to junior team members
Lead day-to-day management of lifestyle accounts in Toronto office
Oversee a variety of account teams of 1-3 members to deliver excellent client work
Develops smart strategies, plans, campaigns, events and pitch angles that drive client success
Deliver detailed comprehensive monthly reports using analytic toolsManage and develop relationships with clients, media, influencers, bloggers, Vloggers, vendors and more
Manage successful and buzz-worthy events
Manage client administration, budgets, merchandising and inventory
Manage development of social media content for clients/agency
Mentor and grow junior to intermediate team members
Contribute to new business as required
Manage additional agency initiatives as required
