Account Executive, West (Fashion/Beauty/ Design/Corporate/Travel)

The core purpose of this role is to be a daily contributor to a group of accounts and execute to deliver incredible client work that exceeds goals and expectations. You will support your account leads and quickly become someone they can count and rely on. As part of our growing Vancouver office, you will assist in the management of our FSHOPPE West showroom and west coast events. In addition, you’ll mentor trainees and share best practices that set them up for success.

What You’ll Do:

Flawless project management. You will sustain our amazing relationships with all clients by executing on plans, moving deliverables and timelines forward and acting as a best in class project manager. You will meet all client KPIs and develop detailed comprehensive monthly reports using Meltwater and other analytic tools.
Positive team player. You want to do your best and inspire a team. You work hard exceed expectations and approach challenges with commitment and a can-do attitude. Your positivity is contagious. You naturally go above and beyond and your past managers would recognize you for over delivering.
Build meaningful relationships. You will have started to build an impressive roster of media and influencer relationships and are committed to and actively engaged in growing this roster. In addition, you will manage and develop agency relationships with influencers, bloggers, vloggers, media, stylists and other partners of the agency.
Develop effective communications material. You understand the printed word and develop naturally compelling and word perfect correspondence from client facing emails to media pitches and fact sheets.
Integrate digital thinking to traditional PR campaigns. You have a strong understanding of the digital and media landscape and work with our digital team to bring stories to life online. You manage development of social media content for clients / agency and are committed to learning more.

Who You Are:

An experienced agency professional; you have 2-4 years of experience working with lifestyle brands. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Journalism or Communications.
Manadarin speaking and experience with WeChat, Weibo and other Chinese social media tools is a major plus.
