Position (Full Time): Account Coordinator
Annual Salary: $35,000 – $40,000
We are hiring an eager entrepreneurial account coordinator to join our Toronto team. Candidates will support the initiatives and strategies of assigned team and client accounts.
Responsibilities will include ensuring that all standards of client service are demonstrated consistently. The role includes executing media relations, event planning, influencer relations and any campaign-related work, and creating first drafts of day-to-day written materials like pitches, press releases and maintaining reports and administrative tasks for clients.

Preference for candidates you speak multiple languages or have digital experience.
- Support account work across assigned clients
- Develop client materials (timelines, agenda, reports, media pitches etc.)
- Responsible for ensuring results are delivered on assigned accounts accurately and within the designated timeframe
- Assist with social media content, engagement, and community management and reporting
- Support client event logistics as required
- Office administration as needed
