#FREPS: Monogram x Romain Avril

On May 24th, we celebrated the announcement of Monogram’s new Executive Chef, Romain Avril (Lavelle), in an evening inspired by the French region of Provence.

The event kicked off with a champagne toast and featured dishes cooked with only the finest tools and appliances provided by Monogram.

The impressive menu was developed especially for the occasion, including a French onion quiche and delicious marinated lamb chops. Guests took on the role of sous-chef as they worked alongside Avril, learning how to make their very own matcha crêpes!

We think it’s safe to say our guests didn’t go home hungry!
